As an alternative to a traditional contract procurement route where the client appoints a contractor to supply and construct a project we offer the facility for the client to “self build “ with Beck Projects Ltd managing the process.
The advantage of this route is that it may offer the client more flexibility with regards to budget and timeframes, whilst saving money by procuring the individual elements of the scheme (under the guidance of BPL). This mutually beneficial process can generally save 10% on overall costs but is suited to larger industrial and commercial builds.
